Disaster Day, April 2013The whole school was involved in our 'Disaster Day' today. The children moved around 17 different activities throughout the day in groups of 8-10, learning how to prepare for a disaster, what to do during a disaster and how to cope after a disaster. Well done to our fantastic senior leaders and all of the wonderful Kairanga Kids involved. A huge thanks to the parents, teacher aides and outside agencies who gave up their time to come and help. We all had a wonderful, fun and learning filled day!
